  • Step: Choreographed routines on an elevated platform
  • TBC: Closed loop fitness class
  • Zumba: Latin-inspired dance fitness program

 

  • Holder of the ‘Brevet d’État d’Aptitude à l’Enseignement de la Culture Physique’ (Certificate of Competence in Physical Education training)
  • FFEPGV group leader
  • FISAF Instructor (Federation of International Sports, Aerobics and Fitness)
  • DUAPS (Diplôme Universitaire d’Activités Séniors – University Degree in Activities for Seniors)
  • Pilates certification level 1

Useful information

  • Please bring a towel, a bottle of water, clean gym shoes and comfortable clothes
  • The yearly price corresponds to three semesters and includes closing times (1 week for All Saints holidays, 2 weeks in Spring and 3 weeks before the start of the school year)
  • Monthly and quarterly memberships are valid from date to date and reported should they include a closing time.
  • The 10 days card is valid for one year
  •  22 € entrance fee
  • First lesson offered
  •  Standard formula :  2 lessons a week 60 €
